Monitoring - NL: Als je via KPN jouw Yoobi omgeving niet kunt gebruiken dan komt dat doordat KPN zogenaamd “extra veilig internet” heeft geïntroduceerd. Wij hebben al aangegeven dat we een zakelijke applicatie zijn. Veel klanten met dit probleem hebben al doorgegeven dat dat zo is. KPN doet schijnbaar NIETS.

Je kunt dit zelf opheffen door:
- inloggen op je KPN omgeving
- schakelaar “extra veilig internet” uitzetten
- 15 min wachten
- modem-router resetten

Verder kun je het beste zelf aan de nieuwe KPN firewall-applicatie doorgegeven dat onze Yoobi-omgeving veilig is.

Investigating - NL: Yoobi-klantomgeving mogelijk niet bereikbaar via KPN

We ontvangen meldingen dat sommige Yoobi-klantomgevingen niet bereikbaar zijn via het KPN-netwerk. Deze omgevingen gebruiken een URL met de volgende opbouw:

[klantnaam].yoobi.nl

De oorzaak van deze blokkering is op dit moment niet bekend. KPN heeft aangegeven dat het KPN Abuse Team deze meldingen niet behandelt. Gebruikers die dit probleem ervaren, moeten rechtstreeks contact opnemen met de klantenservice van KPN:

Geef tijdens het gesprek de volledige URL van de Yoobi-klantomgeving door en vraag KPN om deze te deblokkeren. Vraag daarnaast waarom de klantomgeving binnen het KPN-netwerk is geblokkeerd.

Wil je de reactie en eventuele reden van KPN daarna aan Yoobi doorgeven? Met deze informatie kunnen we de meldingen verder onderzoeken en bundelen.

Als tijdelijke oplossing kun je een internetverbinding van een andere provider proberen.

We plaatsen een nieuwe update zodra er meer informatie beschikbaar is.

We are receiving reports that some Yoobi customer environments are unavailable when accessed through the KPN network. These environments use a URL in the following format:

[customername].yoobi.nl

The reason for this block is currently unknown. KPN has informed us that its Abuse Team does not handle these reports. Users experiencing this issue should contact KPN Customer Service directly:

During the call, provide the full URL of the Yoobi customer environment and ask KPN to unblock it. Please also ask why the customer environment has been blocked within the KPN network.

After contacting KPN, please share their response and the reason for the block with Yoobi. This information will help us investigate and collect the reported cases.

As a temporary workaround, try an internet connection from a different provider.

We will post another update when more information is available.
